The site hoarding is now fully installed and painted to reflect Wates livery.

With the substructure blockwork complete and the internal service ducts and drainage in place, the beam & block floor is then installed.

Once the beam & block floor is complete, bricklayers return to lay a internal perimeter course of blockwork and form the internal party and single leaf walls. Once complete the gas membrane is laid across the whole floor followed by the insulation.  

Concrete is then poured, trowel finished and left to cure, which completes the floor.
